License Terms

1. Definitions

"Licensor" means Themezinho, the creator and publisher of the item. "Buyer" means the individual or entity that has purchased or otherwise acquired the right to use the item. "Item" means the WordPress theme, HTML template, or other digital product purchased from Themezinho. "End Product" means the customized implementation of the item that is created by the Buyer.

2. Grant of License

Subject to payment of the applicable license fee and compliance with these terms, Themezinho grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Item.

The scope of the license depends on the type purchased:

  • Regular License — The Buyer may use the Item to create one End Product for the Buyer or for one client of the Buyer. The End Product must be free for end users to access.
  • Extended License — The Buyer may use the Item to create unlimited End Products for the Buyer or for any number of clients. The End Product may be sold or distributed to end users, including as a SaaS, subscription, or paid service.

3. Permitted Uses

The Buyer may:

  • Modify the Item's source files (PHP, CSS, JavaScript, HTML) to suit the End Product
  • Use included third-party components within the End Product, subject to their respective licenses
  • Use the Item on a development, staging, or testing server in addition to the production server
  • Create a backup copy of the Item for archival purposes

4. Restrictions

The Buyer may not:

  • Re-sell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the Item or any derivative of it
  • Make the Item available for download as part of a theme club, subscription service, or similar offering without an Extended License
  • Use the Item to create a product that directly competes with Themezinho
  • Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices or attributions in the source files
  • Represent the Item as originally created by the Buyer
Purchased on ThemeForest? If you purchased a Themezinho theme through ThemeForest (Envato Market), your purchase is additionally governed by the Envato Market License. In cases of conflict, the more restrictive terms apply.

5. Intellectual Property

The Item remains the exclusive intellectual property of Themezinho. This license grants only the right to use the Item as described herein. The Buyer acquires no title, ownership rights, or intellectual property rights through this license.

Third-party components included in the Item (such as icon fonts, JavaScript libraries, or stock images) are subject to their own licenses. A list of third-party components and their licenses is included in the Item's documentation.

6. Updates & Support

Regular License purchases include:

  • Theme updates for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Support for 6 months from the date of purchase

Extended License (Pro and Agency plans) includes theme updates and priority support for the duration of the active plan. Support covers questions about the Item's functionality and does not include general WordPress troubleshooting or custom development work.

7. Warranty & Liability

The Item is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Themezinho does not warrant that the Item will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Themezinho's liability for any damages arising from the use of the Item shall not exceed the amount paid for the Item.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. The license will automatically terminate, without notice, if the Buyer fails to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, the Buyer must immediately stop using the Item and destroy all copies. Termination does not entitle the Buyer to a refund.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

10. Changes to This License

Themezinho reserves the right to update this license at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Item after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

License FAQ

With a Regular License, yes — each client website requires its own license. However, if you're an agency building multiple client sites, our Extended License (included in the Pro and Agency plans) covers unlimited client projects. This is by far the more cost-effective option for agencies.

Yes. A single license covers one production (live) website plus any associated development, staging, or testing environments for that same project. You don't need a separate license for your local or staging environment as long as it's for the same end product.

ThemeForest purchases are governed by the Envato Market License, which is similar to our Regular License. If you purchased the Extended License on ThemeForest, that applies as well. When in doubt, the more restrictive terms of either license apply.

No. Using a Themezinho theme as the basis of a competing theme marketplace, website builder platform, or template distribution service is prohibited under all license tiers. Contact us to discuss custom OEM or white-label arrangements.

You can upgrade at any time by purchasing an Extended License or upgrading to a Pro/Agency plan. Your existing Regular License sites remain valid — the upgrade simply extends your rights going forward.

Each site within a multisite network counts as a separate website. A Regular License covers one site in the network. An Extended License covers all sites within the network.

Demo images are for preview purposes only and must be replaced before going live. Bundled icon sets, fonts, and JavaScript libraries are covered under their respective licenses (MIT, SIL OFL, etc.) which generally allow use in commercial projects. Refer to the theme documentation for a full list.
