1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using themezinho.net, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Licenses

All themes, templates, and digital products sold on Themezinho are licensed, not sold. Two license types are available:

• Regular License — for one end product used by you or one client. The end product must be free for end users.
• Extended License — for unlimited end products, SaaS applications, or resale. The end product may be sold to end users.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@themezinho.net if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Payment and Billing

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. For subscription plans, billing occurs on the same day each billing cycle until you cancel.

5. Refunds

We offer refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. Because our products are digital, refunds are granted where work has not commenced or where a product is fundamentally defective.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Redistributing or reselling purchased products without an Extended License.
• Removing or altering copyright notices in any product.
• Using our products to build a competing theme marketplace.
• Using our website for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — design, code, graphics, copy, and trademarks — is the property of Themezinho or its licensors. Your license does not include rights to the Themezinho brand or logo.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that products will be error-free or compatible with all third-party plugins and hosting environments.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
