Submit a ticketFirst, check your PHP memory limit (needs to be at least 256MB). Then make sure the required plugins are installed and activated. If it still fails, try importing via the WordPress Customizer > Import/Export option. Most demo import failures are due to server memory limits.
Updates can occasionally cause conflicts if you've customized theme files directly. Always use a child theme for customizations. To fix: clear your Elementor cache (Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS), then clear your browser cache and any caching plugin cache.
The Regular license covers one website (yours or a single client site). The Extended license included with Pro and Agency plans covers 5 or unlimited sites respectively. If you need to use it on more sites, upgrade your plan or purchase additional single licenses.
Standard single-theme purchases include 6 months of support. Pro plan customers get 12 months. Agency plan customers get lifetime support. You can extend support anytime by purchasing our Support extension add-on from the services page.
